Our Promotional Regulatory Affairs team plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our communications.
Comprised of experts with regulatory, scientific, and legal backgrounds, the team reviews and approves all promotional and scientific materials before release — ensuring they meet every applicable internal policy and external code requirement.

Our team also provides objective guidance and support to our Sales, Marketing, and Medical departments in planning and developing both promotional and non-promotional materials and activities directed toward healthcare professionals, medical organizations, government bodies, community groups, and the general public.

We work closely with physicians to help educate other healthcare professionals on the proper use, safety, and benefits of our medicines.
When physicians are well-informed and confident in their knowledge of treatment options and standards of care, patients ultimately receive better outcomes.

Before representing us in any company-sponsored presentations, all physicians undergo comprehensive training on our medicines, as well as on the policies and regulations that govern our promotional activities.

We believe it is both appropriate and ethical to compensate healthcare professionals for the work they perform on our behalf.
